About Course

The Ph.D. in Religious Studies at Freeman Bible College and Seminary is designed to advance scholarly inquiry, critical analysis, and academic leadership within theology, ministry, and biblical studies. Each course follows an eight-week intensive structure, integrating advanced research, discussion, and applied theological reflection. Students are expected to demonstrate critical engagement with primary and secondary sources, culminating in APA-style research papers that synthesize theological insight with academic rigor.

Dissertation or Ministry Project Timeline

1. Topic Selection
2. Select a dissertation or ministry project topic.
3. Determine the appropriate research method.
4. Present the chosen topic for approval.
5. Advisor Consultation
6. Meet with an advisor to discuss the selected topic.
7. Review and discuss the chosen research method.
8. Maintain ongoing meetings with the advisor for guidance.
9. Research Phase
